David Webb New York offers complimentary returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging to ensure a full refund to the original payment method.

Secure the Shipment
Carefully place your jewelry in its original David Webb presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with the original sales receipt.
Ship via FedEx
Affix the provided pre-paid label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized FedEx location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection
Once received at our New York workshop, our master jewelers will inspect the item for quality assurance before your refund or exchange is processed within 7 business days.
